  • Responsible Managing Officer

    Michael Bradanini was born in Richmond California and stayed in the Bay Area most of his life, started working with his father’s electrical business in high school, going full time directly after graduating. Prior to opening his own business, Michael became an IBEW local 595 inside wireman, working in the capacity of Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager for various companies such as In Schwartz and Lindheim, Smith and Sons, Cupertino Electric, SASCO Electric, AMS, and Bombard Electric (Las Vegas).

    While working for others Michael was able to learn, and make adaptations and improvement to many industry means and methods. During his time with some of the largest Bay Area contractors, in his own business, and being a part of NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) he was able to influence and raise up leaders within his electrical circles.

    During his 5 years of building out Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville as a General Forman for SASCO, and then as Bradanini Electric, he achieved recognized success at Pixar because of his ethos of “Always in Excellence” which has always carried him through his 43 years in the Electrical Industry.

    Michael now serves as the Company RMO, responsible for estimating and project management. When Michael is not working he enjoys helping friends and family with small projects and spending time with his wife, children, and 7 grandchildren.

  • Chief Financial Officer

    Kristian Montgomery is originally from the High Desert in Southern California. Kristian moved to the East Bay in 2022 with his wife and two kids to be closer to family as his wife was born and raised in the East Bay area. Kristian received both his Bachelors in Business Administration and MBA from Azusa Pacific University where he met his wife. Kristian’s professional career has largely been in the Distribution Center environment where he has had full responsibility for 100 employees, safety, culture, operations, and 70+ Million dollars of inventory.

    With 10 years of experience successfully leading large teams, managing fast paced operations, managing millions of dollars in inventory, and a proven ability to create and maintain an employee focused work culture he now serves as the company CFO and Office Manager.

    Kristian believes building a strong team and focusing on building trust with our clients are the backbone to serving our clients well. When Kristian is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Jayson Cadirao is originally from Hawaii. He moved to California in 2003 for an internship at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Upon completion at LLNL, he began the Electrical Apprenticeship with International Brotherhood Electrical Workers 595. Jayson got his start as an Inside Wireman with Bradanini Electric. Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship he worked with multiple companies gaining experience in both residential and commercial electrical.

    As his career continued he developed expertise in the field as a General Foreman as well as in Administration, including Project Management and Estimating. Jayson has a unique ability to build teams that work efficiently, troubleshoot problem areas of a project resourcefully, and accomplish projects with excellence.

    With 20 years of experience successfully leading teams in the field, estimating, and project managing, he has developed an astute understanding and appreciation for the cohesive work between administrative and field management. He is passionate about providing excellent service and employee development. Jayson now serves as the company COO, overseeing all field operations. When Jayson is not working, he enjoys spending his time with his wife and four children as well as coaching football and baseball in the local community.
